Our charge was to communicate the marketable differences in Interactive Intelligence’s breadth of innovation in the business communications sector. They had perfected the fusing of various interactions— phone calls, faxes, emails, text chats, Web call-back requests, voice-over-IP calls, pages, and wireless sessions— into a new level of business productivity. The overarching message in our creative work was to point out the expense of investing in legacy communication systems versus the value of embracing the revolutionary change that was about to overtake business enterprise systems worldwide.
